Has anyone dropped there Infocus 4805? While I was putting back into the box it only dropped a couple of inches.
The only reason this happend is that projector cannot be permanently set up. I have not been able to test it yet, but I would appreciate any advice if anyone else has done this.

You dropped it into the box?

What was the box resting on?

The box was resting on a chest of drawers and the projector was dropped into the box.

    Wouldnt worry to much.

These things are shipped half way around the world via boat or plane, bundled onto pallets, shifted onto lorries and then sent on for delivery by some person with little or no regard for the load. (from my experience!)

Only when we take them out of the box do we start to panic :)

I reckon you will be ok.....

    Pete.

Thats a shame, as I understand it you can't buy the box seperately. Perhaps Infocus have reconditioned boxes? Might be worth enquiring...
