I hear the Infous range of DLP Projectors have dropped in price again from the 1st Feb...

    * InFocus ScreenPlay 4805 - Texas Instruments DarkChip2, 480p, 12° DDR DMD chipset, Faroudja FLI2310 DCDi video processor, 750 ANSI lumens, 2200:1 contrast ratio. NOW REDUCED FROM £1,300 TO JUST £999

    * InFocus ScreenPlay 5700 - Texas Instruments Matterhorn 12° LVDS DMD chipset, Faroudja FLI2310 DCDi video processor, 1000 ANSI lumens, 1400:1 contrast ratio full on/off. NOW REDUCED FROM £2200 TO £2000.

    * InFocus ScreenPlay 7205 - Texas Instruments Mustang HD2+ DMD, Faroudja DCDi+ FLI 2310 technology, 1100 ANSI lumens, 2200:1 contrast ratio. NOW REDUCED FROM £5000 TO JUST £3500.

Can anyone verify this and if correct, know anywhere that is selling them for the above prices?

Yes, thats a definite. Take a look through the advertisers listed here for a start. Most SevenOaks are committed to the new pricing structure as well if your looking to buy locally.

They have also gone down in price in the US ie 7205 to $5000 which equates to £2,800. So my advice is bargain down as they must have £700 of additional profit to play with.

Great news, let the price wars begin.
I wonder if they'd have dropped so much if the 700's and HS50's of this world didn't exist?

Yep... bought my 4805 from Sevenoaks for £999.95 :D Its just round the corner from me and they were very helpful with demos etc. Much better service if you can buy locally and with the price drop I felt it was worth supporting the local dealer.
