infocus 5700. dvi/m1 or 3 component?

    hi all, just wondered if anybody knew which gave a better picture on a infocus 5700. would it be m1 or 3 component?:suicide: many thanks, chris.

    Depends on all sorts of things. Not least the quality of your source over a given output. At this stage if I were you I'd get both. However if you really are limited to one then it is generally said that the digital cable delivers a picture with greater clarity and the component can have greater colour fidelity but you'll probably have more variation at the source than via the cable (assuming that you get a quality analogue cable).

    I use the VGA port over RGBHV from my scaler to my 5700 and it also carries YUV for component HD signals.
