My infocus has a d5 which I am told is Japanese scart. I have connected to a normal scart, and the picture quality is much better than (scart to composite). My projector is 11 meters away from the sky box the signal is coming from.
Is my understanding of what d5 correct? and can you get extension cables for it in that format? as I cant get a full size scart plug through the wall trunking I have used...

I could run the scart via a convertor to component, but that costs and I still have to buy the cables.
Do I have any other options?

    regards
    Jon
