Infocus 4805 or hitachi tj100

    Not sure about the numbers. However, can anyone advise as to where I might audition these two. Also any views as which is best.

    As you hav given no indication of where you live, advising where you can see them is going to be pretty hard! :)

    As for comparisons, there are plenty of threads regarding both projectors, with comparisons. Have you used the search facility?

    How about the Optoma H30A if you are thinking about the Screen play 4805, they are the same price now and the Optoma claims to have a better contrast ratio it also has some neat aspect control options.

    Sevenoaks maybe a good start if you have one locally for looking at the Screenplay / Optoma, they used to have the Sanyo / Panasonic LCD range but not the hitachi.

    The Optoma H30A is really only £999 ? That is definately worth a look if it's that cheap!

    It seems that there are an increasing number of great projectors in my price range. The trouble is seeing them. I will try my local sevenoaks.
