I've been looking for this for a while, as its been out of stock at most places! Not a bad price either, around £30 including postage.

You set the language to english by clicking on the flag on the left hand side menu?
You also need to create an account with them, after that its just a straight forward checkout.

You have to select openpay payment, then select either protected or non-protected payment.

Let me know if this helps?

It is New Taiwan Dollers unless you have changed it in the drop down menu :suicide:

(third of the way down on the left....just below the Union Jack that'll turn all that nasty script into something a bit more readable :) )

Is there anything special about the DVD or are you just paying twice the price for a cuddly toy?

i am seriously concerned about this company - i have emailed them 4 times and still no replies .. they have charged me for 2 dvd's one the incredibles and the other is linked to another order code including shipping but the code is not the incredibles all it says is the eps mail delivery details and the price around £16.00 and the incredibles £13.00 - i have had to contact my credit card company who have now launched an investigation against this company - beware

You have to buy the shipping as another option. If you did not they would of added it on.

There is nothing wrong with your order.

thanks but the problem is how much they have charged me and it appears thay have charges for 2 items when i only requested 1 dvd - now i have a credit card bill of about £30.00 - for 1 dvd that should retail on their site for £12.95 - it's the non replying of the emails that finally made me contact my credit card - who ahve agreed that the comapany's customer services is worrying

Russell is correct, they firstly bill you for the DVD, then bill you for postage. So you get two charges, first on is for the dvd, the 2nd is for postage. The item weighs 1.6kgs so isn't cheap to post from the far east.

    Hi Brian,

If you are unhappy with the price of the dvd i shall give you the £30 for it and uplift it from you when it arrives if you want.

many thanks for the explanation - it would have been a lot easier for the company to have explained this to me by answering my damned emails - i really do not have a problem with the price - but i cannot stand companies that ignore their customers - i work in customer services and i can assure you if I treated my customers in this way I would be looking for a new job. I will decide when i see the giftset if I want to keep it or not. If not I may sell it on. Many thanks again for the explanation - much appreciated. :)
