We have two different models of the sony Walkman, model E95 and E99 and use sonicstage version 2.1 to transfer music.Model E95 works fine using sonicstage 2.1 or 'drop and drag'. However we are unable to use model E99 either on Sonicstage or on 'drop and drag'. for some reason when the Walkman is plugged in the computer it won't pick it up.Modle E95 appears in 'my computer' as 'Sony walkman'and when opened has 'mp3 File manager'etc but model E99 appears as 'removable drivers F & G'. When these are opened nothing is in either of them.
The Walkman E99 has been back to Sony twice and returned with no fault found. Is the model E95 over-riding model E99?? Is it possible to use both models on the same computer? Both models came with the same version of sonicstage. We have tried downloading version 3.1 but to no avail. We have windows version XP Professional.
We have also tried the above excersise on a neighbour's computer.
    Any Ideas PLEASE??!!
