For those who cannot wait till the UK release. It is £40 from Play-Asia for a region free US version. In my experience Play-Asia are very quick to get the games to you (usually 4 working days or so).
Not sure about DLC compatibility, but I'll probably eBay the US version when my BiaB comes.
