I needbuy a new pair of in ear headphones about every 3-4 months!
Usually cost around 20-45quid so no cheap tat.

Its always the right hand ear peice that gets very faint as stops working, i usually get the set with the longer cable for the right ear that heads behind your neck.

I use the headphones for hill walks and the gym so they are used a fair bit.

I never find the reciepts but can i report this to the manufacturer, are there any good cheapish rugged sets available?

    Thanks

Any ideas why they stop working?

Sweat? Wax? Something catching the cord?

Keep the receipt and send them back. The manufacturer will soon tell you what's happening.

I was writing about the right side driver failure in Sony EX71s about 5 years ago. Known occurrence with certain models. In fact if you search, no doubt you will find an old post of mine moaning about the driver failing
