    looking for twin screen in car dvd can anyone give advice on best model and appx price of these
    many thanks

    great value for a good product

    Well... I got a set of these which have done me proud.

    They are quite dear as far as pricing goes, however, they are 8" screens as opposed to the more typical 7" screen.

    There are a lot around, Goodmans etc, and you can generally pick up units from a whole bunch of shops, Woolworths stock a twin screen unit for example...

    The best bit about the AVIO ones is that the slave screen runs from one USB cable which both powers and sends the signal from the player and first screen pack. The unit was supplied with a 2nd AV connection cable as well which meant that one screen could have a DVD from the player, or music, or any of the other many file that the unit can play, whilst the slave screen can be connected up to a second AV source, like a PS2 or XBox, if you have one in the car.

    I bought another AVIO unit as well, a freeview box for the car, and so this plugs into one screen whilst the other plays a DVD. :thumbsup:
