Speakers are unpowered so will work anywhere in the world but it's the subwoofers that can be a problem as US has a different electricity supply to us running on 100v and 50Hz.

The Scandyna sub that you linked to is dual voltage so perhaps the version being sold in US is the same in which circumstances it will work over here.

For the majority of subs that aren't dual voltage they will work elsewhere with a transformer but those can bring problems of their own by inducing hum into the system.
