    Hi!
    I just ordered Angel Season One it cost $14.99. (about £8.34549 GBP
    )

    Item(s) Subtotal: $14.99
    Shipping & Handling: $6.98
    -----
    Total Before Tax: $21.97
    Estimated Tax: $0.00
    -----
    Grand Total: $21.97

    The total came to $21.97 -Will I have to pay import tax on it?

    If by import taxes you mean customs charges then you only have to pay them if the item is more than £18 in value and $21 is well under £18.

    That's not actually true. There is a limit on the value of 'gifts' that can be imported, just the limit is higher. If there were no limit, surely every company on the planet would send their items marked 'gift'. ;) :)

    And the definition of 'gift' to HMCE is an item sent from one person in one country to another person in another country. As you're buying it for yourself the 'gift' tick box will only work if they don't look too closely.
