    Hi

I have had my Pioneer XDE for a month now and love it, however I have a couple of questions.

Using Sky + I left the TV on pause for 15mins and saw some after image. I have seen from threads that these TV's should be run for 200 hours at low contrast settings (which I am doing). My questions are:

Where is this mentioned in the manual?
If it is not in the Manual (and I cannot find it) how do you know that you need to do this?
    What settings do Pioneer recommend?
How can you tell how long the TV has been running for?

    Cheers in advance

Access the service menu,ie put screen and media box in standby mode, press the button below 9,wait 3 seconds, press left,up,left, right and then power.scroll down to find the hour count for screen and media box,(but be careful not to change any settings). To exit press home menu.

    Regards
    Ian
