thinking of selling my iMac and getting myself out of the cult and joining in the windows brigade.

Anyone got any idea what my mac is worth?

I have posed a thread in the mac forum but its not getting allot of attention, and like a per-pubescent Justin Bieber fan I need more attention.

    http://www.avforums.com/forums/apple-mac/1752612-imac-27in-thinking-selling.html

    Specs are:

Oct 2010 iMac 27in - This is the one that can be used as a second display for another computer.

    27-in screen 2560 x 1440
    2.93Ghz quad core i7
    1TB HDD
    aTi 5750 1024mb GPU
    SD slot
    16GB ram

Apple care till Oct 2013 and its in Mint condition.

Comes with the latest and greatest OSX install and a copy of iLife along with the aluminum keyboard and the magic mouse all in original packaging.

I was thinking something along the lines of £1200-£1100?

Try it - you'll soon find out if people think it is overpriced. You've nothing to lose except your time.

Should be worth a good bit if it's one of the ones that never had a pre-emptive HDD recall :p

Nothing. I will take it of your hands and save you a journey to the dump if you want.

    To give you an idea...

    I sold a 2009 iMac 27 dual core base machine, 1tb but with 12gb ram for £700.

    I then bought a 2011 iMac 27 i7 3.4ghz with 16gb ram, 2gb graphics memory and 1tb HDD for £1600.
