Has it arrived yet! Could it be stuck in the snow? Your excitement has rubbed off and I can't wait to read your comments about the tv. Enjoy!

I hope the wait is worthwhile. All being well you will be more than pleased with your tv. I know what you mean about the suspense being unbearable, time seems to stand still doesn't it?

    Kourosh,

Congratulations on your new Tosh, It's a great looking set.

I've had mine for 7 days and to be quite honest not too happy with the PQ. I was expecting poor quality from sky+ with the facial blurring/solarisation on BBC1, but i'm also getting it with the movie channels and DVD playback although i'm using good quality gold scarts and i've tried 3 different cd players...is yours the same?

The other thing is the convergance problems i've got with the black bars being thicker at the top giving the picture the appearance of leaning backwards.

If you have any suggestions or advice please please please tell me.

When I went for mine it wouldn't fit upright in my 4X4 and when I suggested lying the box on it's side (because it would have fitted that way) they wouldn't let me take it. They said the TV must not lie down it must always remain upright. How true I don't know, but bear it in mind. I had to get a truck! :(

The usa xbox runs high def straight out of the box mate, doesnt require chipping of any kind. I got it from http://www.next-gen.co.uk/ musemsteve is a poster on here its his shop great service and help from steve. Hmm i seem to get a little black bar at the top of the screen while turning over channels on sky on mine and on rgb scart dvd player there are lones sometimes when movemnet on scree. Games and dvds in ps are faultless.

Yeah i think thats the only usa xbox they have in at the moment if you pm or email musemsteve he might be able to source a standard black one. They will only run usa games i think mostly its only the usa games that run in high def i think.
