Chris had bought a Toshiba!..and about 27 other LCD/Plasmas in between his origional 9986 purchase and his return.

Pingu....Go On! I bet you can get one from somewhere for less than £1900 now.

I would use the same shop as Chris who seem to have been happy to 'lend' him hundreds if not thousands of different TV's to try!

i bought the 9986 from empire direct for 2020.00 (inc delivery) 4 weeks ago.
unfortunatly it was faulty so i had to return it.
since then i have had a hitachi plamsa which i returned due to terrible lip sych problems and got a toshiba 32wl48p.
this is a good tv but i decided to return it under the 7 day policy due the the fact that it looked crap on my wall.
i have now gone back to the 9986 which is now 1835.00 (including delivery).
so who's the mug, i got it 185.00 cheaper!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have mate and it does look better (if that possible considering the already imaculate picture quailty).
i must admit that the picuture quality this tv produces is nothing short of amazing.
no other tv can compare to this at present.
anyway, i've hung it on my wall and it looks superb.
i'm over the moon with it and can't wait for the weekend to bang a few dvd's on.
all i can say that if anyone is considering buying a lcd/plamsa tv then look no futher than this tv.

There are some refinements to these, but we can deal with them when you have the TV.

Jimmy62 I hope your not buying from a place called HiSpek, because they take your money and don't care afterwards, as I am finding out to my cost
