I have Two Zen Blues I think that they are fantastic love them I have looked at the Zen Phono but due to the lack of reviews out there .I have Schiit Mani phono stage at the moment and without listening to your Phono it would be hard to make a purchase at this point in time. I have faith in your company though. Keep up the good work. I have no space left in my signature to add your product

The Instagram leak of the portable Diablo suggests a glossy red colour scheme. I think a metallic darker red would look better ✌️

Att: iFi . Hi I have 2 of the Zen Blues one of my amplifiers has digital connections but my other one just has RCA . Will the RCA connection degrade the sound on the one that hasn't got digital connectors and if so is there anything that I can do to make it sound at its best. Thank You.

Hey Camcroft,

Thank you for your question.

This would mostly be based on your listening preferences and what type of system you have? :)

I would personally suggest trying both ways, let us know what you think and how you get on! We'd love to hear from you again and I'm excited to see the different ways that our ZEN Blue can be used! ;)

I am using them in both ways but in two completely different systems. My main system that has digital inputs and my second system without digital inputs and was wondering if I am missing out with the non digital connection as both component dacs are not working together.

Hi Camcroft,

Thank you for your reply :)

Apologies for our delay, we just wanted to check this with our support team!

Not really as in the one system where you are using the digital output, it bypasses the ZEN Blue DAC.

In your second system you are using the ZEN Blue DAC, which is going straight to your AMP and Bypassing any DAC in that machine.
