Presume you were asked if you still wanted to receive vouchers? Would have preferred if Amazon was still available, but Argos and Halfords vouchers have been very handy!

The Amazon vouchers were handy, pity they stopped doing them, sure they lasted 10 years. Been using Asda vouchers instead, handy for weekly shopping.

I'm not sure, as I've only ever been invited (incl past ONS surveys) by post, like jury service I suppose (bad example as you can't get out of that other than for certain health and family circumstances).

It would seem it's by invitation from this info ...

Test kit arrived in post today. Pretty much what you would expect. Survey can be done on line or over telephone. Has to be sent back via a Priority Post Box.
