I have the iCloud Control Panel application on my W8 laptop and it is set to download a copy of my Photo Stream to the laptop which it does. But there is also a folder called "Uploads" and when I had my iPhone 4 I just copied and pasted whatever I wanted in there and it came up on my phone. Now when I do it with my iPhone 5 nothing happens. I have checked all settings to make sure the service is activated etc. and it works when I take pictures, they appear in a few seconds on my laptop, but they won't upload.
Any ideas?
