Hi
I have a htpc with an i3 530 and a h55 motherboard.
I use xbmc to watch movies. The problem is that the picture is tearing or make small jumps when panning. I've checked the box so the screen refresh rate is changed to the same as the movie, however the tearing's till there. I'm wondering if there are any solution or else maybe a ati 5450 is the way to go?
