    Can anyone remind me how you would capture progs from a freeview receiver on to a video casette recorder; If indeed you can.

    If you have a video combi set you can just plug the freeview reciever into the scart lead on the tv video combi, press record and away you go.

    If you have a seperate freeview box, tv, and vcr you will need a freeview box with 2 scart connections if you dont have a freeview box with 2 scart connectors you can buy a scart adapter to allow you to put 2-4 scarts into one scrat socket.

    You then need to select the freeview channel from your tv onto your VCR, (eg, AV1) press record and away you go.
