    Hi everyone.
I am moving on and replacing my NWHD1 sony atrac player and buying a 80gig I-POD.
What I want to know is; can you down load music to your player from anyones pc conaining I-TUNES or are you limited to the pc you first installed I-TUNES on to import music on to the player.
Also when their is a software upgrade, do you have to format the player in order for it to be recognised.:lease: Many Thanks. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

    Hi,

Yes you can load music onto your iPod from multiple computers. Make sure that iTunes on each PC isn't set to sync automatically, as you will lose everything on your iPod quicker that you can say "sh*t!". I seem to recall that iTunes will detect that the iPod is new (to the nth PC) and ask you if you want to sync automatically. Say no.

The firmware update is pretty transparent, the iPod just needs to reboot.
