I messed up my display

I had my ps3 through my HDTV (hdmi) this morning and i just wanted to take it in the other room to connect it to the internet and i changed the display to the wrong setting so its not showing up in the HDTV or the SDTV now and i dont know how to change it back - can i get a little help??? thanks

Try starting up by holding the power button on the console for a good 5 seconds so it can auto detect your picture settings
