I have a Toshiba IDTV (42WT29) , a week ago I had all of the free to air channels (direct from a loft aerial), 4 days ago I lost ITV, ITV2 and Channel 4 (maybe others, not sure) an autotune doesn't get them back.

However, I have an ondigital box in another room fed from the same Aerial that has ITV, ITV2 and Channel 4, I live in Worcester and gather that my local transmitter could be Malvern or Droitwich ?

    Any ideas anyone ?

Try manually tuning ITV and C4 - find out which transmitter you are on (V or H also direction)

Then look up on internet the channel no

Commiserations on losing Channel 4. (I wouldn't lose any sleepover the other two!) :D

Sorry I don't have any practical advice. Is it still under warranty? Maybe try calling a helpline.

It is not warranty it is the state of DTTV around Worcester.

A TV on Malvern could pick up at least 3 alternatives for some Muxes

ie Malvern Ridgehill, Bromgrove backwards, Sutton Backwards

    As I said

    1) Find the TX
    2) Look up on Internet the channels if not one of below

    Sutton is 41,44,47,51,52,55
    Malvern is 52,39,47,44,51,41
    Bromsgrove is 34,29,33,23,26,30

    3) Manually tune the TV

(edited as my text got reformatted)
