i have a very annoying problem - please help - im stuck!!

    hi guys i am having a problem with me tvdrive/v+ box.

    the record function doesnt work, when i press record i get a message saying v+ is unavailable please try later. and if i press either the "home" button or the "tv drive" button nothing happens whatsoever!.

    thats the first problem, but follwing on from that when i ring 150 i go through to india every time who go through the same **** every time ie turn it off at the wall etc etcand they then say they will pass it on and someone will ring me back and of course they never ever do!!!

    i am really stuck and am completley lost as to what to do or who to contact!!

    If nobody can help with my problem technically, does anybody know of a customer service number for someone in england that i can speak to?

    do a search on saynoto0870 for virgin media numbers. Or phone 150 again and say you need an engineer to come out.

    ive tried asking for an engineets loads of times and the indians keep saying that somebody will call me back!!! if i lose my temper they just put me through to another indian who tell sme in very poor english the exact same thing, i cant get anywhere with them!!!

    Incidentally, I'm with Virgin and I find that their call centre staff are pretty good.
