I cloud pictures

I all how do I delete pictures on my phone in my I cloud folder, I've deleted them from my pictures but The phone won't let me delete from the iCloud folder??

You can't delete individual pictures from the icloud photstream, you can however reset the photostream which remove all the photos and then add any new ones you take.
