My better half as told me that i cant buy anymore DVD's until i've watched what i've already got!! as i dont smoke anymore i spend all my money on DVD's so the back log is huge.

    I've got at least;
    15 films to watch,
    7 seasons of Buffy,
    2 seasons of CSI,
2 seasons of Six Feet Under
2 seasons of NYPD blue and
    3 seasons of Millennium

has anyone got more than that waiting to be watched?

:D the problem is that my wife insists on watching everything with me (we tend to like the same things) however, she has the stamina of a nat, so by the time she has got home from work, sorted herself out and is sitting ready to watch anything its about 8pm. she falls asleep at 10!! so as you can imagine its easy for a backlog to build up.

its no bad thing, im recently married and trying to save money, so new missus says dvds cutback! I've nearly gone through everything of my 250 collection, and recently sold quite a few on ebay, onlything left to watch is Sapphire & Steel 1st assignment, Halloween II, The One, Dawn of The Dead Ultimate edition and thats it! Some films I've revisted again (and again) making my original outlay quite worthwhile now.

What I've seen in the last 3 weeks.

    Onibaba
    The Planets
    The Blue Planet
    Shangahi Knights (wife borrowed it!)
    The Wicker Man
    Fight Club
    Police Story
    Spider Man (new animated version)
    Smallville (season one)

    Not bad eh?

I think I have about five complete box sets to watch and several part seasons plus around 70 movies with about a dozen more on order/Pre order.

I have to agree with everyone else about lake placid . Before watching it I thought it was going to be good but calling it doggy doo doo seems quite apt.

    I've got:

2 kids films being saved until we are closer to Xmas
3 films for the wife that I have no intention of watching so she will have to wait till I go out
210 films sitting in my rental queue at screenselect, I'm glad I switched to renting.

I roughly worked out I've got 180 episodes of around 42/43 minutes to watch plus all those movies. I really mustn't buy any more
