I am going to watch Man City play Vill a on saturday. :smashin: They are my second team after Bristol City, as I fell in love with them back in '81.

Paul Power - what a name!!!

However, I have never seen a game of premier league footy yet, only England.

What can I expect considering I watch Bristol City in the Coca Cola...sorry, I mean division 2!!! Is the football faster. better or is that a silly question?!?! :suicide:

Looking forward to it though sitting in the Villa family enlosure.

    Pete.

Both teams could still get 7th place and a uefa cup place. Should be a good battle.

Yeah, should make for a great watch. Personally I cant wait to see Shaun Wright Phillips play along with Angel of Villa as I like this guy a lot and he is in my Pro Evo 4 team on my x-box! Class.

Not if they play like they did against Spurs. Villa were shocking. Worthy of playing in the Championship.

going on both team's current form it's got draw written all over it, much as I'd love City to win. Richard Dunne will be sorely missed.

I've only been to the Villa once, 25 years ago. I remember it being a sh*thole though my view may be coloured by City losing one nil on the day.

My son's at uni in Brum and went to the Villa Bolton match recently - a bargain at only £10 for students!

And Paul Power's 'tache wasn't as good as Gerry Gow's.

Cripes. We are both showing our age!!!!

Was a good day out. City started well. Two goals up in first ten minutes though Villa were terrible. Second half, Nobby Solano came on and Villa looked like a different team. However, Angel, Vassell amongst others look totally disinterested. We must get rid of Macken too - shambles.

Once again, the travelling City fans astound with volume in numbers and noise.

    Pete.

I really can't understand how Angel & Vassell play so bad week in and week out when we know what they are capable off.
Anyone seen Vassell have a bad game for England? Players like that P*** me off. We had a certain Michael Ricketts who was like that and managed to get into the England team, but now he can't even get a game for Stoke and he is only 26. Some people just think it should all be handed on a plate.

But good luck CITY your fans deserve it

I concur. I dread to think how these guys would cope if they had to work for a living. Imagine them doing 37 hours. No chance.

Tell you what too, no wonder footballers earn so much. In the Villa shop, a tracksuit cost £120.00. Rather shocking eh?
