For £999 they look OK (spec wise) I just hope and pray that they reliability is better than TINY............Proof will be in the picture tho.....

Not really very impressed with s-video myself slightly worse than scart ,Pal not RGB I guess.

I've got my Sky+ box connected through a scart sync separator to the anolog RGB (VGA)input,my DVD by component & when I get a DVI cable my computer to the Digital RGB input .
I was going to buy one when I was out ,but the only place that had them was PC World & they wanted £50 for a DVI cable

I'm really happy with mine

    This one
The DVI picture is very good ,but as yet I can only get 4:3 resolutions.
Microsoft don't seem to have drivers for widescreen plasmas, but reading their website it sounds like Windows XP Media Center Edition may be what we need .
Could Microsoft be trying to make us spend more money do you think?

try using pwerstrip to set 1920x1080 or or 1366x720 it may be the Hyundai will only take 4:3 signals via VGA or DVi inputs... (try WXGA on PC) thanks for the input mate but i think this might be the stubling block.....

My computer now identifies my pdp as a pdp ,not just a monitor as it did before

    Guys,

I'm looking to buy one of these, but wanted to check with someone who already has one if it has fans, or is fanless? Older plasmas which have fans can be very noisey otherwise.

    Thanks, Wilfred
