Hush box glass

Hi all,

Does the glass have to be any perticuler type. Also do I need to black out the lens surrounding of the projector to stop diffraction?

Yes, it should be port glass. I don't know who sells it here but I believe it's quit expensive, though it doesn't need to be that large. Make sure it's angled so it doesn't reflect any light back. Google turns up a few links:

Cinema Projector Glass | Anti-Reflective Coated Fire Rated Cinema Projection Portal Glass

I'd line the box to help absorb any stray light and sound, so maybe some black acoustic foam or acoustic foam/rockwool covered in black velvet.
