humax stb and dvd recorders

    hi m8s im thinking of buying a dvd recorder, now i want this lot to work ok on it .
    a humax stb
    a ptae 100 projector
    and a dvd player what do you recommend m8s

    Why not go for a DMR-E50 and an RGB to YUV converter or an HS2 depends on the Spec of the HUMAX what model is it????

    its the 5400z i use rgb scart to s-vhs video the s-vhs cable into a pro-v box then vga cable into projector for sound i use optical output on back of humaz into a amp

    how do you go from RGB scart to S-Video ????

    rgb scart from humax into vcr then s-vhs lead from vcr into pro-v box then svga cable from pro-v into projector
    so whats your recomendation on dvd recorder to buy

    If going into VCR unless its very advanced you are only getting composite. so you need to start again.
    Why not Humax>DMRE50>RGB>VGA box>Screen and drop the ProV

    all these go into s-vhs vcr. humax + dvd player all rgb then the
    super vhs lead goes into the pro-v the pro-v improves the picture quality then the pro-v takes over the svga cable goes into the ptae 100 i think is excellent
