Not sure if I have the right forum but new to this so hope someone can help.
I bought this freeview pvr box for my father at xmas and he is not very technical. He has a sony Bravia TV about a year old and can get all freeview channels on this through direct aerial connection through an amplifier. (he also has 2 other tvs in house) He has connected up the pvr to the main tv via hdmi cable but advises me he is missing the 4 freeview hd channels, think these are channels 50,51, 52 and 54 - they are all on 1 multiplex. Is there something he is doing wrong or a logical explanation why the Humax bos does not pick these up ? I believe he has also tried connecting them by scart lead and same issue. I would have thought if you can get the channels via aerial you should also get them via pvr. I'm stumped !!! Postcode is G44 3EN think this is on Blackhill transmitter. :lease:

    Correct.

The 9300T is a Standard Definition Freeview+ pvr, even though it has a hdmi connection and can up-scale SD material to HD resolutions.

The Humax HDR-Fox-T2 is the Freeview+ HD model from Humax.

Thanks for the quick reply guys. I just assumed it would pick up the HD freeview channels same as the tv, lesson learned there.
