Humax FOXSAT-HD No or Poor Signal

I picked up FOXSAT HD box the other week and I keep getting the 'No or Poor Signal' everytime I change channels,

I have managed to updated the software to version to 1.00.26 but can't seem to update the Loader version to U 7.24 from U 7.22, this might be due to me using a 4gig USB stick, the Humax site recommends using only 1gig.

Has anyone one else on here had the issue 'No or Poor Signal' when changing channels, did updating the software and loader fix the problem?? or am I wasting my time

Signal Strength is 100% and Quality is 90%

Any help and advice would be much appreciated,

I have tried using a 1gig USB drive to update the Loader file, no luck
