Hull 2 alternative for 10 yr old

I got my kids a Hudl 2 each a little over a month ago. One has been flawless, the other has died completely, then the replacements wifi stopped working. I took it back last night and Tesco said they have no more, and none are available on the website.

Its a shame as they are superb tablets when working. I need to find a replacement, certainly no smaller and ideally not compromising too much on spec. Its mostly used for app gaming, youtube, watching films etc. One option is to bite the bullet and fork out the extra for an iPad mini, but my wife has an iPad they can use if need be - I prefer android for the kids as the file transfer/memory card transfer is all so easy.

This caught my eye, either this 10" model or the small 8" model:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lenovo-10-1...&qid=1446814217&sr=8-1&keywords=lenovo+tablet

Its well reviewed, does anyone have any opinions on it?

Thanks

Thanks we ended up going for a lenovo from amazon, it seems every bit as good as the hudl without all the tesco bloat stuff
