Don't know if the film's any cop or not, but not a bad price for a 2-disc set, and cheapest I've seen so far (not by a great deal, it seems to be £5.99 elsewhere).

it is quite possibly one of the worst super hero films of all time, in my view.

£3.00 and i would buy it to fill up some space on one of my shelves but it depends what your cup of tea is really. i just hated it and i really wanted it to be good aswell.

easy brummy bloke.... its not that bad!

Its a little too long, but the sound and visual effects are worth £4.99 to excercise your kit even if the film itself is only average.

Personally, I thought it was ok and I'd definately pay £4.99 for a 2 disc set.

I would agree with brummybloke, I was hoping it would be good, but it was a complete let down. It doesnt matter how good the FX are.......

now spiderman 2 on the other hand was ace.

i think the trailers of the hulk were misleading admittedly 1 year before the hulk came out on release.

it looked really good, i really dont know why they didnt have a live action hulk with some computer graphics thrown in. someone like that big ass wrestler who has now left the wwf or what ever it is called to play yank footy.
cant remember his name, something like lance or brook.

    brock something, that was it.

should have had him for the live action stuff and then ca'ed the rest.

i know some people loved it saying it was true to the comic but as i never read comics i could only judge it as a film.

The 'green fist through the wall' 3 discer is £6.99 in the HMV sale.
Also I didn't think the film was THAT bad...

I would even go further than that and say it was a -very- good film.

It has slow pace and points, but it's great.

I must be the only person that thought the CGI effects were worse than the film then.....

i thought the cgi effects were poor too, the hulk looked so cartoonish! truly an awful movie in every conceivable way, but it's still a surprise that it's available so cheap. It's been on £6.99 or less sale more or less a month from it's release date, which is something i've never seen happen before. Judging by the sheer amount of copies on e-bay too, i get the feeling they made a few million too many copies, wrongly anticipating it would be popular.

How you could attempt to make a 20ft green man look anything but cartoonish. The scene where hulk takes on the Abrams battle tanks is one of the most awesome scenes you will see in any superhero films IMHO  . Hulk isn't perfect but for £4.99 it's a bargain.

i though the split screens gave the movie a comic book feel about it.

though can someone explain the ending to me, still cant figure out what on earth happened..!

Just watched it for the first time - worth a fiver, I reckon. (Maybe I had lowered expectations after hearing everyone slag it off :) )

    POSSIBLE SPOILERS

Nolte is waaaaayyyy over the top - and I'm surprised the director didn't try and reign him in a little more tbh. Eric Bana is ok, but overshadowed - and a lot of the interesting ideas (the part where he says that he likes being the Hulk, for example) never get more than a cursory mention.

CGI... well, you've got a point - the hulk running, with his legs going ten to the dozen was very poorly done. Yet set against that, you have the excellent battle with the tanks, which is a definite highpoint.

The Stan Lee/Lou Ferrigno cameo made me chuckle too :)

No classic, but not that bad.

Completely agree, went to see Hulk at the cinema and was slightly disappointed with the film as a whole as I felt it was a bit too slow and too much about 'Character'. In a Hulk film I just want to see a giant angry monster smashing things to bits!!! Someones nicked my copy of Hulk but will definitely buy again(especially for a fiver) just for the DTS sound and the tank scene - absolutely awesome!

I loved the film and the more I watch it the better it gets.

There's nowt wrong with the CGI and the dog fight scene is my fave.

As for getting a live action Hulk!!!
Show me someone that big and 20 feet tall?
It would have been awful display having an actual human playing this monster as no human could have ever fit the bill.

I have been reading Hulk comics for as long as I can remember and he's def. my favourite superhero with Spiderman coming in second.

£6.99 is still £6.99 too much! Undoubtedly one of the worst films I've ever seen and I have notoriously poor taste in movies!
