    Guys will this work?

    Sound
    ======

    1. Sky+ using optical in on digital optical video 1 input
    2. Xbox 360 using optical on digiital optical video 2 input
    3. DVD N/A using all in one home cinema setup
    4. Xbox 1 want to use MD Tape In on digital optical MD Tape in input

    Video
    ====

    1. Sky+ video input supplied on video 1 input via SVHS
    2. Xbox 360 video input supplied via component video 2 input
    3. DVD video supplied on DVD SVHS input
    4. Xbox 1 video supplied on SVHS video 2 input

    The first 3 out of four are working, what I want to know is how do I set it so that when I select MD / Tape from the dial on the front of the amp it switches so I can get the xbox 1 picture and sound to display using SVHS for picture and the MD Tape in Optical

    How do I need to program this switch ..

    Currently I have labelled

    Video 1 is now Sky+ and works with Sky+ and Optical all working (great!)
    Video 2 is now Xbox 360 and is working via component and optical (great)
    DVD is still labelled DVD and is working both picture via SVHS and sound is plugged in external home cinema kit due to speaker system.

    Its the MD Tape in input I want to label to xbox 1 and have the SVHS input displayed from the xbox 1 and also the sound from the xbox 1 coming out by using the MD Tape in optical input

    Please advise guys if this is possible

    Does the amp allow you to set video in for md as your amp does not have video for md.

    I had an old Sony and it would only allow video for selected inputs. I now have a JVC and you can have any video with any audio input. Quite cool!!!
