Wondering if someone could help me sort out some new hardware I'm thinking of buying in term of being able to connect it all and how!

    Currenlty have :
My HTPC which is currently using a S-Video and a SPDIF straight into a 32" Toshiba.

Now I'm looking at purchasing Epson TW10H , which would be connected via the VGA or a DVI if it has one

And a Denon DHT-500D Home Theatrer Package

This is were I'm a little lost at how all this would be connected!

Is it possible to connect this all and how would I go about doing so!

Many thanks and so sorry for what I'm sure will be a simple solution, and also for posting it in another section ( I need to order these items pretty soon due to house moving ).

well, looks like the PC should be able to hook up to the projector via VGA......but not DVI from what i can tell....

and the Denon will simply need a digital co-axial cable for the surround sound....

    bingos :)

(depending on length of VGA cable need ur looking at anything from a tenner to £100, and with digital co-axial for the sound you looking at anything from £30-100, again depending on length, best to keep the VGA to 3 or 4m and the co-axial try and keep under 5m if possible.....

just a thought tho, if you can stretch to around £750, try and get a demo of a DLP projector called the Infocus 4805.....its similar in spec to what you are buying, but has a more home cinema feel to the picture.....better contrast, the LCD's black levels will appear not quite so good.....Sevenoaks do demo's if u goto www.ssav.com and find the local branch for you......

    anyway, good luck :)

(thinking about it, they might do the Denon too, they could well do you a deal on buying both from them....however they dont pricematch website prices, they may be willing to pricematch store prices tho)

oh, downside to DLP projectors is some people suffer the rainbow effect, its basically seeing bands of pure colour sometimes on scenes where there are highly contrasting moments.....personally i think i have only seen it once or twice in a very small way, asssuming its what i thought it was, but apparently some people see it all over the place......so if u do demo the 4805, demo it for an hour if possible....
