    As the title says, I need to be able to distribute my HTPC output to at least one other TV in the house. I'm using Windows Media Center via Microsoft Vista Premium.

    Available outputs from the graphics card are;

    DVI, VGA, S-Video and HDMI.

    I'm open minded to any transmission style i.e Wired or Wireless with picture quality in mind. Obviously I would need to transmit the audio as well through whatever format was chosen.

    If I go wired I will need to keep cable diameter to a minimum for aesthetic purposes. Length of run is a maximum of 30 meters.

    Your ideas please, if you have links to products or information please post them as well.

    Thanks.

    Do you want to split the signal, or just watch one at a time?

    Good question.

    I would like to watch whatever is on the HTPC. ie. each TV has the same thing displayed.

    I'm not worried about watching different things from the HTPC on each TV (i.e. MCE extenders which can't play ripped DVD VOB's anyway).

    Thanks.

    For that, the best bet would be a graphics card that supports dual displays, running in clone mode, and a long cable. VGA isn't very good over distance, but I'm not sure about HDMI.

    You may find that Clone mode doesn't work with Bluray/HDDVD...

    It doesn't with my Nvidea 8600GT.

    Yes I understand the PC configuration side, I just need some ideas for transmission of signal to the TV's.

    I've got about a 30meter run to most TV's, HDMI may be stretched to its limits on that length plus I've only got a single HDMI outlet. Could I perhaps do something via CAT5 or wireless?
