HTPC cabling setup advice

Hi all, getting myself confused on the correct setup for my HTPC and other devices, wonder if someone could point me in the right direction

Devices
- HTPC with SPDIF out (ASUS - Barebone PC- ASUS V6-P7H55E)
- Nvidia 8200GS PCI-E card
- 'new shape' XBOX 360
- epson TW5900
- receiver (not yet bought but will probably be a cheapie such as the Onkyo 309 - Onkyo TXSR309 Black | AV Receiver | Richer Sounds)

The issue I have is that although the HTPC has HDMI, due to me having the Nvidia card installed, the onboard graphics (including the HDMI) are disabled. The Nvidia 8200GS has a DVI and VGA output with the DVI currently connected to a monitor. Finally, the HTPC will also have a blu-ray drive attached to it soon as well.

I'm thinking of the following setup

- XBOX over HDMI into the Onkyo, then HDMI into the PJ
- HTPC over VGA to the PJ and optical to the Onkyo

Can anyone see an issue with the above? Am I going to be able to get 5.1 sound from the HTPC/XBOX and does VGA from HTPC to the PJ make sense? picture wise it looks fine when I tested it.

Thanks in advance!
