Question HTPC black screen....audio stays on

i have WIndows 10 HTPC with Nvidia 1060TI 6GB graphic card capable of doing 4K HDR @ 60Hz.

it is connected to Denon AVR X2300W (Dolby Atmos & DTS X Capable) and then to Panasonic TX-58DX802B (4K HDR10 LED TV).

While playing any video, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, VLC Player etc after about 2 minutes the screen black out for few seconds but the audio remains on....

What could be causing this issue? I have checked and double checked the cables are 4K capable Premium HDMI cables...i also have Roku (connected to AVR) which shows 4K HDR without this issue.

So I am lost on what could be causing this issue?

In Nvidia control panel under resolution, deselect use Nvidia color defaults and change it from RGB to YCC422 output and apply, see if that stabilizes the output.
