I cant leave my orange network so im ruling out iphone, storm and g1, therefor i feel im left with these two!
Can people give positives and negatives for both and just a overall opinion of the phones, because at the mo im swaying towards the htc, much appreciated! :smashin:

My work phone is a HTC Touch Diamond and its ok. Phone has got some realy good features but Windows on it is very poor:thumbsdow

Battery does not even last a day for me...
Hangs alot so you get used to using the reset button!

If I was paying I would be asking for my money back:(

I am sure the batt life will be better on the Touch HD but it will still have Windows on it... Not the same phone but hope that helps.

If you want a simplier phone go for the nokia. But if you want a phone thats alot more customizable with alot more software available go for the HTC. If you do decide to go for the HTC and it's your first windows mobile device it'l probably take some time to get used to so be prepared for that. Theirs great community support for the Touch over at XDA developers.

HTC is one of the top smartphone producer next to Apple and RIM. I'd go for that.

A lot more options to customize than the nokia for a start. Theirs also thousands of apps for windows mobile and the Touch. Go to google and search for xda developers then go into the blackstone forum (thats the name for the HTC Touch HD). Also take a look at the video in this thread for some examples of things the device can do.
