    Hi guys,

Got for sale my HTC One, locked to Three. Its a recent contract upgrade but there is no need for it anymore as i have a new phone to use with my contract.

Only had it for a couple months max (not sure how i can find out exactly when they sent it to me, can i)

It is in mint condition, photos show this.

Its boxed with all accessories, will include a clear rubber case that i picked up for £5 or something on ebay but it fits the phone lovely (though there is a mark on the back of the case)

The phone itself has no scratches, marks or anything, you literally couldn't tell its not new.

    Offers of £370 please

    Location: Newquay, England

Please be advised, all buyers and sellers should satisfy themselves that the other party is genuine by providing the following via PM to each other after negotiations are complete and prior to dispatching goods and making payment:
    1) Landline telephone number. Make a call to check out the area code and number are correct too!
    2) Name and address including postcode
    3) Valid e-mail address (no disposable addresses such as @gmail or @yahoo for example).

DO NOT proceed with a deal until you are completely satisfied with all details being correct. It's in your best interest to check out these details yourself.
Also we advise that the vendor post images of the items for sale. This helps your sale by showing the condition of the goods prior to dispatch.

Price reduce to £350 having seen a couple sold for that price recently. Looking for a quick-ish sale if possible

It'd cost you £5 to get it done online rather then £15 or so for me with Three I think?

We havn't agreed a deal as his offer was conditional of it being unlocked, so ill accept yours at £315 without it being unlocked, saves me the hassle :D

Sorry Sunjoo, its just much easier for me this way as its just sat there and i dont have to go through the rigmarole of turning it on and setting it all up again as i have done a reset on it ready for sale:thumbsup:

Can a users PM's get full and not see them anymore?

I have PM'd the user my details and he said he would pay yesterday if poss, i didnt receive payment yesterday.

I have PM'd Four Quid Mate to see whats happening and whether he still wants it as he requested it to be delivered tomorrow, which i have no problem with.

The problem i have is that i have about a 1 hour window to post this today if he does still want it, and have sent him a PM to this effect.

I dont want to cause problems, just want clarification, and i know he has been online since i have PM'd him.

Its more a message to see if he sees this, if his PM's are full. I just know he wanted it for tomorrow thats all.

Four quid mate, was online this morning at 10.48am and could or should have responded.

Now I always give any member 3 days to make payment but, that is me. Other Mods will say 48hrs and some up to 5 days. It's down to you as to how long you want to wait for payment. You need to bear in mind however that not everyone lives on the forum and members on here do have lives and work which take precedence.

Now, you have made no mention of wanting payment within a time limit - for example by lunchtime today, so really you need to give him time to respond. If you sent him a PM as I did, he may not have seen it as the alerts are no longer generated when you come online. He would have had to have seen his emails.

Either way, give him till 8pm then feel free to sell to someone else.

    Apsilon

    Thanks Apilson,

The only reason i questioned it was because he wanted it by tomorrow and would have thought that he would have replied.

I dont want the payment by any particular time hence not adding it into the original post.

I am happy to give him until the end of today to clarify, after which, ill make it available again.

OK, seems like Four Quid Mate hasn't got back to me or the thread still so its back up for sale now.

Moomz has first refusal as he was first to say he would have it for £315, then I guess anyone after that.

It does have a 3 splash screen yep. No gap issues with the screen (presume that's what you mean as other threads have the same question)

There is a warranty sticker in the box but don't really know how that works. Presume you can just send it back to HTC. Or I am more than happy to sort it out with you should a problem arise. But I think carrier warranty only lasts a short time after I got the phone?
