Couldn't find a rumour thread for this phone yet, so though I would start one.

With the Galaxy S5 being a complete let down, the Z2 having a huge price tag but missing some features (like a fingerprint scanner), I am really hoping HTC do well with the HTC OneTwo

I am hoping they make this phone water resistant/water proof!

An IP57 HTC flagship is a sure winner, and a must buy for me, though I doubt its gonna happen.

Having just damaged my One, I'm keeping an eye on this as a potential replacement.

Agree, can't see it being waterproof, having a fingerprint scanner or being much cheaper at launch - probably still >£500.

I'm 50:50 between this and the Z2, I'll wait to the unveil of the One+ and choose from there.

This phone's appeal continues to grow on me, if I was buying a phone anytime soon it would be either this or the Z2, both IMO look much better on paper than the S5.

I agree both look a lot better than the S5 too, there's also the LG G3 rumoured to coming around May.
Samsung seem to be on a mission to make the ugliest phone ever concieved.

Looking very promising indeed. Although I will find it difficult to resist, I'm going to wait for the iPhone 6 as I feel a bigger screen iPhone will suit me down to the ground. It's no done deal, though, and if I don't go back to iOS this year, I probably never will.

Wow, pretty much impossible to watch that video; one of the worst reviewers ever. Just keeps jittering about with the phone, really annoying.

Toss up between this and the Galaxy S5. If the new HTC has external SD slot then I will be going for it as my upgrade. According to rumours this is not a given for the new One (M8). Looked at the G2 but this also does not have external SD .Need the extra space for video files when I travel.

It'll be between this and the Z2 for me. I'll be stuck with the phone for 2 years so I want to get a phone I will at least enjoy using. Currently seeing out my very last month with the OneX.

I love sense, so HTC wins there.

Major concerns over the HTC's camera compared to the Sony. Can a 4mp camera really stand up against the Z2's? I take all pictures with my smart phone.

Leaks have it that the dual cameras will be a 16MP module for the main, and a 4MB ultra pixel for the secondary, which in theory should give the best of both worlds.

I had NO idea, and I've been checking for info. Thanks for sharing that, if that turns out to be true that would be a lot of doubt automatically lifted on the camera side.

Choosing a phone is difficult now they lock you down on 2 year contracts! :)

Vodafone had this on their site last night. Didn't think to take screenshot, and they've taken it down now. They had the silver and grey one.

It doesn't look like enough of an upgrade from my HTC ONE to keep me going for a 2 year deal, so I'll be getting it on a 1 year deal, but they want 200 quid towards the cost.

I hoped the new rear camera would have had a better resolution. Photos on this one are great, until you want to zoom in slightly.

Yeah, not fussed about that as I have a 64gig card somewhere.

Found Vodafones 24 month plans for this fone in my cache, can't find the 12 month plans tho. But you get an idea of the pricing.

It's a lot like the original HTC one, which is obviously a good thing, as it's probably the best looking fone in a long time.

Hoped that they would have put a bigger battery in there at least 3000 m-ah like my G2.
Also it looks like they have done an iphone and made it taller but not wider.
Would have prefered bigger all round.
