Can someone recommend a manual 6 foot screen for an HS20.... good quality to match the projector but not a silly price.

I don't want something that's going to spoil the quality of the image. Just a good match for the price/quality of this PJ.

    :)

    best regards

some people dont like them some do, I am happy with mine.

go for a white drapa luma. for the price, and for your LCD that is what I would do.

    good VFM

    Thx for the advice.

    One last thing tho.

I'm gonna be sitting about 9-10 feet from the screen

    Should I go for a 5 foot screen or a 6 foot screen ?

I don't want that 'front row of the cinema' effect but do want to get the biggest suitable size to give me the 'cinematic' effect.

    ta.

    :)

5 foot is getting pretty small doc. We're sitting 10ft back from a 6 foot diagonal screen and it's half the ratio of sitting in the middle row of the local Cineworld. We checked at the weekend at Master and Commander, the scope screen at Cineworld was 6 hands across at my arm length. Our screen at home is 3 hands across.

We intend to get an electric 7ft (diagonal) screen in the new year.

    Hope that helps.

    Thx Rattus.

    Not sure about the diagonal.

When I said 5 foot I meant 60" measured along the top.

    Is that different ?

Probably a silly question... I'm good at those:)
