hs2 scart and svid

Does the hs2 output on both the scart socket and the svideo socket at the same time, and does the av2 scart setting rgb svid etc make any difference?

The reason I ask is because I sometimes link the 2 scarts up on the hs2 to transfer dvd back to the hdd, and can at present only watch via rf - I would prefer to view via svideo, which I could hook up to my tv.

Good question FatherAlice,
I would like to be able to do this too. I ofter make copies of Underwater Video onto DVDR and later would like to copy them again. Presently I use a secondary DVD player to playback and feed this into the HS2,but would like to move this out if possible (My wife is into this 'minimalist' thing and does not like the mound of AV equipment in the room)

The answer is yes, the hs2 outputs on all its outputs at the same time, so if av1 and av2 scarts are hooked up, the svid or composite outputs on av4 will allow you to watch the dub. This is obviously much better than the rf (mono) picture I used to view on in this situation, so well worth doing.
