    Hi Chaps,

I have about 220 hrs on my HS10 and I've recently noticed a change in the Picture quality. The Image is definately not as bright as it was and, its takes at least a minute or two to fire up to anything resembling a veiwable picture. It also seems to be showing a redish tinge (which does slowly go away).

I'm using a HTPC and when a screen is showing a large white area there's a slight but noticable flashing....

Any ideas ? I should be looking at a new bulb already, should I ?

    Thx

    Mike.

What you have described certainly sounds like a lamp problem.

If the lamp warranty is still in force, talk to your dealer about a replacement lamp.
