Hi, I am looking at a laptop for my Son, and have come across this one, I can get it for circa £400 is this a good deal? And more importantly is the laptop any good?

It's HP's bottom of the range model fitted with a model from AMD's low power 'Puma' CPU design instead of their mainstream one. The large amount of memory and storage fitted will bring the cost up a little and if they're both required then £300 would be a good deal for it.

At £400 for more typical uses it's overpriced.
