    Hello everybody...

Hate to say-but I shamelessy lifted this from somewhere else.

Interesting news about Hayao Miyazaki's newest movie that I wanted to share.

On June 10th, Howl's Moving Castle will be released Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco and will expand to 60 other cities on June 17th. The Daily Yomiuri reports that, unlike Miyazaki's Spirited Away, which was initially given a limited theatrical release to 26 theaters, Howl's Moving Castle will be released in 700 to 800 theaters. Spirited Away was expanded to 150 theaters in its initial, limited release and 700+ theaters after it won the Oscar for Best Animated Theatrical Feature. It went on to earn $10 million at the domestic box office.

The Howl's Moving Castle will feature the voices of Christian Bale as Howl, Jean Simmons as Sophie Hatter, Lauren Bacall as the Witch of the Waste, Billy Crystal as Calcifer and Blythe Danner as Madam Salliman. The voice actress for the young version of Sophie has yet to be announced. In the Japanese dub Chieko Baisho voiced both the young and old versions of Sophie. Pete Docter will direct.

This looks to be another beautiful movie from the master himself!

    Cheers-JT.

I've seen it in a French cinema. It's great, not my favorite, but I don't compare Miyasaki's movies anyway.

I'd be curious to see it in English with that cast. I've seen it subbed of course, although I must insist that the French dubbing for spirited away was quite good.

Anyway chaps, go see this, it's good!
