How would I connect these to an amp?

I am hoping to get a Tosh 47Z3030DB and maybe a EP35, but I also want to get some kind of surround system set up to output DD and DTS, what would I need to connect these, could the TV also be fed through the surround.

Sorry to sound hopeless, but I'm new to all this.

Also, is there any kit recommended?
