I'm only five months into my Telewest digital TV contract (although was an analogue customer for three continuous years before that in my previous house) and am fed up of the crappy pixelation on the picture, especially watching football.

Am I within my rights to cancel on that basis and get Sky? Added to which is the incompatibility of TW remotes to work with video senders, etc, I don;t think TW are doing enough to keep their customers.

Both have good and bad points but the swinger for me is the fact that Telewest own the box and you rent it, with Sky the box has a warrenty for 1 year then it's your problem! Yeah you can take out the extended warrenty at 110 quid a year but why should you have to!
